We offer a wide selection of cakes available daily, as well as cupcakes, loaf cakes and tortes. All of our traditional cakes are also available in half-sheet cakes, which provide 30-35 generous portions. For special orders, please give us 48 hours notice. Call (510) 250-6003 to place an order.
Traditional Cakes
Coconut Cake
Three layers of fluffy white chiffon cake filled with two layers of coconut-flavored pastry cream and frosted with Chantilly cream (vanilla flavored whipped cream).
Carrot Cake
Two layers of moist carrot cake studded with walnuts and coconut. Filled and frosted with cream cheese frosting.
Vanilla Gem Cake
Fluffy white chiffon cake filled with Bavarian cream (vanilla custard) and frosted with vanilla buttercream (pictured right). Small cake to serve 3-5 people, available in a variety of pastel colors.
Chocolate Gem Cake
Fluffy chocolate chiffon cake filled with bittersweet chocolate mousse and frosted with a light chocolate buttercream. This cake is less dense and rich than our Black Magic Cake. Small cake to serve 3-5 people.
Flourless Chocolate Mousse Cake
An ultra dense cake of only three ingredients: Guittard 58% bittersweet chocolate, fresh cream and eggs. Frosted with chocolate ganache. Gluten free
Black Magic Cake
Three layers of dark chocolate cake filled with two layers of bittersweet chocolate mousse. Glazed with chocolate ganache and edged with cake crumbs.
Tres Leches Cake
A traditional Latin American dessert. Sponge cake is drenched in a custard sauce made with condensed milk, evaporated milk, sour cream, eggs and dark rum, then frosted with whipped cream.
Tiramisu
Espresso and rum-soaked sponge cake layered with vanilla-flavored mascarpone cheese and topped with cocoa powder.
Opera Cake
Almond sponge cake layered with espresso buttercream and chocolate ganache. Each piece is adorned with a white chocolate musical note.
Lemon Cheesecake
Tart housemade lemon curd tops a classic mascarpone and graham cracker crust cheesecake.
Princess Cake
Dome-shaped three layer white chiffon cake filled with a generous layer of pastry cream and a thin layer of raspberry preserves. Frosted with Chantilly cream (vanilla flavored whipped cream) and covered with marzipan. Available in a variety of pastel colors.

Vanilla
White butter cake frosted with vanilla cream cheese frosting.
Chocolate
Dark chocolate cake frosted with dark chocolate frosting.
Red Velvet
Tender cake lightly flavored with cocoa and color brightened to appear red. Frosted with vanilla cream cheese frosting.
