All of our traditional cakes below are available in these sizes except where otherwise noted.
All cakes displayed in our bakery case are also available by the slice (except the Gem Cakes.)
For orders of cakes 10" and larger, please give 48 hours notice.
Black Magic Cake
Three layers of dark chocolate cake filled with two layers of bittersweet chocolate mousse. Glazed with chocolate ganache and edged with cake crumbs.
Coconut Cream Cake
Three layers of fluffy white chiffon cake filled with two layers of coconut-flavored pastry cream, frosted with Chantilly cream (vanilla flavored whipped cream).
Flourless Chocolate Mousse Cake
A luscious flourless cake made with Guittard bittersweet chocolate, fresh cream and a touch of Grand Marnier. Finished with a silky ganache. (gluten free)
Only available as a small 4" cake to serve 3–5 people. Available in a variety of pastel colors.
- Vanilla Gem Cake (pictured right): Fluffy white chiffon cake filled with Bavarian cream (vanilla custard) and frosted with vanilla buttercream.
- Chocolate Gem Cake: Fluffy chocolate chiffon cake filled with bittersweet chocolate mousse and a layer of raspberry preserves. Frosted with cream cheese frosting. This cake is less dense and rich than our Black Magic Cake.
Almond sponge cake layered with espresso buttercream and chocolate ganache. Each piece is adorned with a white chocolate musical note. Only available in small, individual rectangles.
Dome-shaped three layer white chiffon cake filled with a generous layer of pastry cream and a thin layer of raspberry preserves. Frosted with Chantilly cream (vanilla flavored whipped cream) and covered with smooth marzipan. Available in a variety of pastel colors. Not available in 12", 14".
Tres Leches Cake
A traditional Latin American dessert. Sponge cake is drenched in a custard sauce made with condensed milk, evaporated milk, sour cream, eggs and dark rum, then frosted with whipped cream.
White butter cake frosted with vanilla cream cheese frosting.
Dark chocolate cake frosted with dark chocolate frosting.
Moist cake delicately flavored with cocoa and color-brightened to appear red. Frosted with vanilla cream cheese frosting.

Choux paste (light pastry dough) filled with vanilla pastry cream and glazed with chocolate ganache.

Flourless Brown Butter Almond Torte
A rich cake made with almond meal and brown butter. Gluten free, available as an indvidual 4" round (large 8" round by special order only).

Orange-scented Olive Oil Cake
Olive oil and orange zest give this rich, moist cake its unique character. Available in large 6" bundt and individual 4" round.

Inspired by the American banana cream pie, this tart is filled with fresh bananas and a touch of chocolate and caramel sauce. Large size available by special order only. Individual sizes available Fridays and Saturdays only, or by special order on weekdays.

A classic French tart filled with almond custard and poached pears. Topped with slivered almonds. Available in large 10" tart and individual slice.
Fresh Fruit Tart
A classic French tart filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped with seasonal fresh fruit. Available in large 10" tart and small, individual tartlet.
