Combine everything in the food processor until you have a nice, homogenous mix.
At this point, you can use your ice cream machine and call it a day!
If you do not have one, pour the mix onto a sheet pan or baking dish and freeze 2 - 3 hours until frozen solid. Then scrape the mix from the pan and back into the food processor. Puree it back down, with the aid of a little water, until the mixture resembles sorbet! Freeze again for another 2 -3 hours and enjoy!
