Baked Feta with Olives & Fennel

  • 3/4 - 1 pound Feta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup olives, pitted
  • 1 TBL. toasted fennel seeds

Preheat oven to 400 .F.  Oil the bottom of an oven-proof baking dish with some of the olive oil.  Place large chunks of feta in dish, sprinkle over olives and fennel seeds.  Drizzle over the remaining olive oil.  Bake until hot and browned. Serve warm with pita or bread.
