American Cheese Month

This May, explore the Great U.S. of Whey at our in-store tastings with craft American cheese producers.

May is American Cheese Month, when we pay tribute to the nation's delicious and diverse artisan cheeses and the farmers, cheesemakers, retailers, cheesemongers and chefs who bring them to your table. This year, we're going bigger than ever, hosting tastings with 16 of our favorite cheese producers over six weekends at our Oakland shop.  

Here's the American Cheese Month tasting schedule (with a couple of charcuterie producers added in, because cheese and charcuterie is a perfect match), so you can plan accordingly:
