During the August Rockridge Rock-n-Stroll, Market Hall Foods will be hosting tastings and giving out samples from two of our favorite makers.

Our friends at Oakland's Arawak Farm, will demo their delicious and all-natural pepper sauces and fruit spreads, inspired by founder Lloyd Vassell's Arawak culture. Taste and learn how to use Arawak Farm's Mango Pineapple and Jerk Pepper sauces, both of which we carry at Market Hall Foods.

As an official stop on the Rock-n-Stroll's Pup Promenade, we'll have special treats for our dog friends, too. Furry companions and their humans are invited to our outdoor "Barking Lot," where we'll be handing out "bark-uterie" samples from Portland charcuterie maker Olympia Provisions.

Hosted by the Rockridge District Association, the Rockridge Rock-N-Stroll offers sales, free outdoor live music, give-a-ways, and fun activities for the whole family.

College Avenue welcomes you to stop by, say hello, and enjoy the Rockridge experience of local goods, fine dining, savory sweets, and delicious drinks.
