Event details

From 10am-12pm, outside of Market Hall Bakery, singer-songwriter Frances Ancheta will perform eclectic acoustic folk-indie pop inspired by her Filipino-American heritage, her experience as a creative arts therapist and cancer survivor.

Then, starting at noon, we'll be outside, in front of Market Hall Bakery, with our prize wheel. All are invited to spin, and all who spin will win! Prizes will include: bags of Rustichella d'Abruzzo spaghetti, 8oz cups of drip coffee from Highwire Coffee Roasters, Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies and slices of pizza from Market Hall Bakery, cups of vanilla soft serve from ACRE, salami sticks from Marin Sun Farms, pieces of fruit from Market Hall Produce, chunks of cheese from the Market Hall cheese counter and discount coupons to use that day at Market Hall Foods, Hapuku Fish Shop and Paul Marcus Wines.

In homage to our 4th Street BBQs on the Patio days, we'll be grilling chicken marinated in a citrus-tinged yogurt spiced with cumin, saffron, coriander and garlic. The chicken is served with a chopped salad and raita (cucumber-yogurt sauce), and is available on its own or as a sandwich on our housemade flatbread. Plus, don't miss our refreshing Strawberry Lemon Mint Agua Fresca.

Market Hall Caterers will be giving out samples from some of their most popular platters. Talk to our catering experts to learn more about how we can help you throw the most delicious celebration, corporate event or gathering for groups of all sizes.

We will host pottery artist Gema Corrales Ruiz of M&H and knifemaker John McKenna, who will both be selling their amazing wares out front.

Finally, we'll be joined by our friends at HeadCount, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting civic engagement through voter registration.
