Market Hall Bakery Pastry Assistant:
We are looking for an individual to work with our Pastry Chef to oversee all production for Market Hall Bakery.
Specific responsibilities include:- Baking, organizing and leading production
- Employee supervision (7-10 employees / shift)
- List making
- Light ordering
- Full Time (Weekends included)
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Supervisory experience in a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong, diverse cooking skills
- Passion for pastries and food with a drive to contribute creatively
- Sense of urgency and prioritization with attention to detail
- Multi-tasking management style, able to attend to all aspects of a busy kitchen
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (not required but a plus)
- Culinary Arts Degree (not required but a plus)
Salary: commensurate with experience
Pasta Shop Merchandising Assistant:
We are looking for an individual who will help us provide amazing food to our shopping clientele.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Build product knowledge and sell, sell, sell!
- 32-40 hours a week (1 weekend day included)
- Assist grocery buyers
- Arrange in-store displays
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist team in unloading pallets delivered from around the world

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
- Experience and knowledge is preferred.

Pasta Shop Deli Specialist:
We are looking for someone that will help us continue to provide amazing food to our shopping clientele.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- 32-40 hours/ week (weekends included)
- Serve prepared specialty food to-go (deli style)
- Build product knowledge, sell product to customers
- Use cash register
- Assist with catering and special order pick-up (including Thanksgiving and special holiday menus)

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
- Knowledge of food is preferred
