Why Dorie's Cookies?

Over the course of her renowned baking career, Dorie Greenspan has created more than 300 cookie recipes. Yet she has never written a book about them—until now. Dorie's Cookies is an iconic and thoroughly comprehensive collection that will have bakers rushing into the kitchen and preheating their ovens at very first glance. The outstanding selection of 170 recipes here is sure to grant any cookie wish.

DorieGreenspan2 2In Dorie's Cookies, bakers will find cookies in every size and shape for every taste and occasion. For breakfast, where fruit and nuts take center stage. For company – from the most delicate to the most satisfying bite. For traditional Christmas cookie swaps. Even savory cookies for cocktail parties. Plus every cookie from her insanely popular former cookie shop Beurre & Sel.
