Bricia Lopez Book Signing: "Asada"

Market Hall Foods is excited to host a signing and tasting party celebrating the release of "Asada: The Art of Mexican Grilling." On Saturday, July 29, 12pm-2pm, meet author Bricia Lopez and enjoy samples of delicious Mexican fare. We'll have tastes of micheladas from Bricia's I Love Micheladas, along with salsa macha from Kuali and moles from ¡Ya Oaxaca! In celebration of the event, our kitchen will be making six recipes from "Asada" for our special Weekend Menu (available July 27-30 in Oakland only) that you can purchase to enjoy at home. ACRE Kitchen & Bar will be mixing up Loe Charitas, their house margarita, and offer $2 off margaritas to customers who have the "Asada" cookbook in hand. Marin Sun Farms will be selling pre-marinated Carne Asada Clásica (prepared from Bricia's recipe in "Asada") and other meat cuts to host your own Mexican-style barbecue. Copies of "Asada" are available now at Market Hall Foods, and will be sold at the event.
When: Saturday, Jul. 29, 2023, 12pm-2pm
Where: Rockridge Market Hall Oakland
